要十分重视伦理审查和样本知情同意材料的保存

说明：要十分重视伦理审查和样本知情同意材料的保存，否则：一是不符合伦理要求，二是研究过程不规范，三是最严重的，在投稿时经常十分被动，甚至因此而被退稿。

要保存的材料包括并不限于以下清单，根据各个研究项目具体情况也不一定全部都有。这些材料中有些可以投稿时主动提交，有些以备索要，以应对质疑和询问。

It has been observed that the Approval of Ethics Committee for your manuscript titled “……” that you submitted for Education and Science has not been uploaded to the system.
